If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Equalite Foods, accessible from https://www.equalitefoods.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Products will be delivered in 4-7 business days

Refund Policy

You need to call at +91 9600349569 for confirmation and then you should drop a mail at admin@equalitefoods.com mentioning that you want to refund for the product delivered and we will revert you shortly.
The damaged product should be unused condition and request should be raised within 3 days of receipt.
Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer.
As soon as we get the product back, we will provide a refund within 8-10 working days.

Return Policy

We are providing you the best products. However, in case if you have received damaged product, a replacement of product would be done. For that you need to call at +91 96003 49569 for confirmation on replacement and share the picture of the product, batch no, product name, manufacturing & expiry date of the damaged product that you have received and send to admin@equalitefoods.com. Please ensure that you return the product in the same damaged condition to an address mentioned in the product. Kindly note that you can initiate the return of our product within 3 days of receipt.
As soon as we got the product back , we will provide the return of product.
Return shipment charge will have to be borne by the customer.
